Best American Sonic Disembowling (Feb 2009)
We got a mention in "Best American New Band Names" in the book "The Best American Non-Required Reading 2008", edited by Dave Eggers (Pulitzer Prize nominated for his "A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius"), with introduction by Judy Blume.
We're in the very final stages of finishing up the new record.... we look forward to shattering your tender sensibilities with its mutinous fury very soon. Stay tuned.

New Album...Work Begins Now (Oct 2009)
Studio time is booked and we have a slew of unreleased songs which will be sonically forged into the next album, one which should bring the face-meltification to a whole 'nother level!
If you've seen us live this year you'll have heard some newer songs already, but there is also some brand new stuff no one has heard, not even us....
The record should be ready to go by summer 2009.

Elementary School Show - Leap Day, 2008
We had a blast playing at Elementary School W yesterday, it was so much fun. Thanks to each and every one of the kids, and special thanks to Annie (and Jack) for asking us to do this. The poster the kids did was amazing, and it's already hanging in our practice studio... what a bizarre experience, playing for an afterschool program! We've never been more nervous before playing a show but the kids were going crazy, spazzing out, just basically being their wild selves to our brand of sonic obnoxiousness.
Footage taken by Gene Wood (Concrete Skyline of KALX fame) will hopefully surface at some point.
